1K Subs Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to any country/address that will accept seashells through the mail. If you are the winner of the Giveaway and your address will not accept seashells through the mail your winning status will be void. You must be 18 years old at the time of entry. This Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries that do not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines will be disqualified. - Sponsor
The Giveaway is personally sponsored by Roxann Morin and is not sponsored or have any affiliations with a business. - Agreement of Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning this Giveaway is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. - Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 7:30pm EST and ends on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 7:30pm EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries that are submitted after the Giveaway Period will be void. - How to Enter

Thursday, May 2, 2024 a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. - Winner Announcement
Winner will be announced on Friday, May 3, 2024 on a blog post at https://floridabeachwalks.com/blog/ of winner’s first name (last name initial if need be) and state/province and or country. - Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by the email address that was provided on entry form on Friday, May 3, 2024. The potential winner has (3) days to provide a shipping address to the Sponsor in order to claim his/her Giveaway. If potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to submit an address within the required time period, or Giveaway is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits Giveaway Contents and an alternate drawing will be held at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Giveaway will be fulfilled 1 week after potential winner address verification and is subject to additional mailing time for the potential winner to receive Giveaway. - General Conditions
In the event that the operation or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any reason, the Sponsor may, in sole discretion, either suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or terminate the Giveaway. - Release of Liability
YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is released from any liability related to this Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and any other associated persons with Giveaway (the Released Parties) related to this Giveaway from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of Giveaway Contents. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. - Privacy Notice
The announcement of potential winner’s First name, last initial (if needed) and state/province and or country will be announced on Friday, May 3, 2024 on a blog post at https://floridabeachwalks.com/blog/ 1K Subs Giveaway Winner and will be contacted via email that was provided on entry form. If another potential winner drawing is needed that name(s) will be posted in the same manner as stated above to announce winner. Any information collected from entrants will only be used in association with a random drawing for a winner(s) and mailing Giveaway Contents to a winner and for no other reason.
